Overview
Are you looking for the ultimate adventure? Look no further than Everest Base Camp and Island Peak Climbing! This tour offers an unforgettable experience for thrill-seekers and nature lovers alike.
Starting with a tour of Kathmandu, you’ll be transported to a 3-star hotel with breakfast included. From there, you’ll embark on a journey that will take you to some of the most breathtaking sights in the world.
The trek begins with a 30-minute flight to Lukla, followed by a 3-4 hour walk to Phading. You’ll stay overnight in a gust house at 2600m, before continuing on to Namche, where you’ll acclimatize for a day and enjoy stunning views of Everest.
From there, you’ll trek to Tengboche and Dingboche, where you’ll have another day to acclimate. The journey continues to Labuche, and eventually to Gorakshep, where you’ll visit Everest Base Camp and spend the night.
On day 11, you’ll climb to Kalapathar before continuing to Chhukhung, where you’ll receive your climbing gear and training. The next day, you’ll trek to Island Peak Base Camp and stay overnight in a tent.
Day 15 is the highlight of the tour, as you climb to the summit of Island Peak at 6189m. After spending the night at base camp, you’ll return to Chhukhung and Dingboche before trekking back to Namche and Lukla.
The tour ends with a flight back to Kathmandu, where you’ll stay at a 3-star hotel before being transported to the international airport.
This package includes airport pick-up and drop-off, a Kathmandu city tour with an English-speaking guide, flight tickets, trekking permits, national park fees, room and board during the trek, a trekking guide and porter, climbing permits, a climbing Sherpa, and all climbing gear.
