Itinerary
Day 1 :
Arrival in Kathmandu
Upon your arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, you'll be warmly welcomed and transported to a comfortable 3-star hotel, where you can unwind and enjoy a restful night with breakfast included.
Day 2 :
Kathmandu City Tour

Climbing Gear Arrangements

Drive to Besi Sahar
Begin your journey into the mountains with a scenic 5-6 hour drive to Besi Sahar, the starting point of your trek.
Day 5 :
Drive to Kodo (2,600m)
Travel deeper into the remote region with a 6-7 hour drive to Kodo, where the altitude begins to rise, and the adventure truly begins.
Day 6 :
Acclimatization at Kodo
Spend a day at Kodo to acclimatize to the increasing altitude, allowing your body to adjust and prepare for the higher elevations ahead.
Day 7 :
Trek to Meta (3,560m)
Embark on a 7-hour trek to Meta, navigating through rugged trails and stunning landscapes as you ascend to higher altitudes.
Day 8 :
Trek to Phu Village (4,080m)
Continue your journey with a 7-hour trek to the ancient and remote Phu Village, a place rich in culture and history.
Day 9 :
Acclimatization at Phu Village
Another day to acclimatize, this time at Phu Village, where you can explore the local culture and enjoy the serene mountain environment.
Day 10 :
Trek to Himlung Base Camp (4,900m)
A 5-hour trek takes you to the Himlung Base Camp, your staging point for the ascent. The anticipation of the climb builds as you settle into the camp.
Day 11 :
Himlung Base Camp to Summit (7,126m)
Over the next ten days, you'll undertake the challenging ascent to the summit of Mount Himlung. This period includes acclimatization climbs, weather-dependent summit attempts, and the unforgettable experience of standing atop the mountain.
